David A. Tam, MD, MBA, FACHE, assumed the role of Beebe Healthcare President & CEO on March 17. He is a distinguished and accomplished healthcare executive and is a retired officer in the United States Navy and experience in large public health systems. He completed his pediatrics residency at the US Naval Hospital in Oakland, California, and a pediatric neurology fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia.  Dr. Tam is a board certified fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Dr. Julius Mullen Sr., Ed.D, NCC, LPCMH is the Chief Clinical Officer for Children & Families First of Delaware where he leads a team of program managers representing a number of professional disciplines including behavioral health, education, child welfare and community advocacy.

Leading, teaching, coaching and mentoring are among life’s most precious gifts for Dr. Julius Mullen Sr. Being a national certified counselor and licensed professional counselor of mental health has given him the pleasure to practice in the state of Delaware where he is also trained in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. He believes that it is simply an honor to inspire people of all walks of life to be who they wish to be regardless of any life circumstances.

Natasha Mullen, LPCMH, LMSW, ACS is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Master Social Worker and Approved Clinical Supervisor. She has a Master’s Degree in Education and has spent over seven years teaching counseling and education courses as an adjunct professor for Wilmington University.  Her expertise includes trauma, attachment, anxiety and depression with children, adolescents and families within various settings including homes, schools, communities, etc.  She is certified in the State in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as well as, highly trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Natasha has conducted various trainings and seminars across the state of Delaware for non-profit organizations, schools and community agencies. She also is very active in her community, having initiated numerous award-winning programs focused on youth and leadership.

Catrina Stiller, LPCMH, NCC, RYT-200 is a licensed mental health professional and founder of HealTree. She combines her knowledge of psychotherapy, intuition, energy medicine, meditation and body-based interventions to guide people how to heal their whole selves - body, mind, and spirit.
